As part of my Supervision practice, I offer consultancy for organisations (including informal ones, like collectives or collaborations). This takes the form of groupwork with an emphasis on inquiry, deepening the reflective capacity of the group and building awareness of relationships, power and process. This may be particularly helpful in situations where the process might feel stuck and change needs to happen. This may benefit teams and organisations by revealing things that get in the way of moving together, building trust, deepening the communication, supporting conflict resolution and resourcing you to move forwards. This can be offered in a facilitative or consultative role, depending on your requirements.
