I offer classes, workshops and trainings in different contexts. Please subscribe to my newsletter to be kept up-to-date. Current events can also be found on my Facebook page.

Community movement classes and workshops
Open to all, my movement classes and workshops explore experiential anatomy, somatic awareness and embodied developmental movement. They provide a safe space to discover and create movement together, through which we can find a deeper sense of ourselves and the joy in dancing with each other.

Workshops and trainings for professionals
I offer more specific workshops and trainings for those who wish to bring somatic awareness and embodiment to support a professional practice. This includes, for example, therapists, facilitators, bodyworkers, performers, artists, theatre practitioners, community workers, and others who want to engage in somatic enquiry, deepen their embodied awareness, develop more bodily resources and creativity, and support their self care in their work.

I also offer workshops and trainings for organisations, networks and collectives especially in the areas of the arts, community and therapeutic work. If you are interested in having a workshop or training designed for your project or group, feel free to contact me to discuss.

Here’s my public teaching schedule:

“Srik is an experienced teacher and facilitated for me an authentic process of learning and understanding, which is informed by his depth of knowledge and generous sharing of his experience in the subject.”  Class participant, 2019

“Feels so empowering to develop a felt sense of these things”   Workshop participant, 2016
