Staying connected through isolation: Covid-19 update

I continue to offer relational body psychotherapy and Focusing sessions, online and on the phone only for the time being.

Amidst the uncertainty of our current situation, in which many if not most of us are wondering, at some level, how best to stay safe and survive, I am noticing the value making time to offer ongoing attention to my responses. As well as fear and the feeling of vulnerability which comes from powerlessness, familiar patterns and needs emerge – out-of-date scripts which already seem to know what must be happening and demand action as a way to minimise the anxiety of this uncertainty. Now, as ever, it feels vital to find a way to accompany those fearful parts of ourselves with compassion, making time for self-connection and deepening our inner relationships.

Feel free to contact me to arrange a session.
